I created a profile on their online platform, which was okay but redundant since I also had to upload a CV. Then there was a phone call, followed by an online interview. The atmosphere was nice and it seemed to go well. Unfortunately, the company went completely silent afterwards. Independently, I was contacted by different corporate departments for interviews. These departments didn't know about each other, even though they were doing similar work, and also didn't know I'd already been contacted multiple times. It was quite unprofessional. When I got another call after several months, I told them about the situation, which they called "quite an embarrassment" – I agreed.
