First, we had a personal chat where you had to talk a bit about yourself and your English skills were assessed. Then, there was an online test, a cognitive one. After that, another personal meeting, this time with a psychologist, where they asked questions like 'Can you give me an example of when you delivered outstanding customer service?'. Finally, a personality test.

I applied through the online portal. After my CV was reviewed, I had to complete an English test and an analytical test. The English test was easy, but the analytical test was very demanding. This was followed by a phone interview and a Skype interview on separate days (each about 30 minutes), where my CV was discussed and the job was explained. Then, I was invited to an assessment day in Berlin (travel was covered). In Berlin, there were several of us, and we were divided into teams to complete two tasks (while being observed). We also had to take more analytical tests (about 6-8 pages) and do some translations. Afterwards, in individual interviews, we did role-playing exercises (simulated phone calls) and had a final interview. The day ran from 9 am to 5 pm. I was offered the job, with a starting salary of €1700 for three months, then €1850 full-time (shift work between 6 am and 11 pm, including weekends and holidays).

So, you select the job you want, click 'apply' for 'customer service'. Then you gotta register for the career cockpit. Your chosen job gets added to your applications. After that, you fill out the application form and upload documents. You can change and add your basic and application data anytime before sending. You have 10 days to complete your application and online tests. If you pass the online test, there's a phone interview. If you get through that, it's a Skype interview, and then you meet in person. In your career cockpit, you can manage multiple applications and see all the info on what's next. Just remember, you gotta pass each step to move on, and the job can't be filled in the meantime. For the online tests, you can practice anonymously beforehand. If tests are needed, you have 10 days from starting your application to do them. You only take each test once, so your scores might be used for future applications too.
