The interview process felt pretty laid-back. I chatted with the DM. I owned my own business back then, and they really dug into the details of it, even checking out my business cards and scanning the QR codes to visit the website.

Applied online and got a call for an interview. Had a really bad experience. Had interview at 12.30 pm, manager asked me to come after 20 minutes and when I went back the person working there told me to wait (I waited like another 20 minute). Then some other person came in to take interview, at the end of the interview I asked him some question about the company and he was like "it's my first day here". Really unprofessional and manager was so unprofessional. She calls me and ask me to come in for interview and she didnt have time for interview. bull***. They dont care about persons time. I cant even imagine working there.

I talked to the assistant manager first, he asked me what I knew about sales and about myself, then we reviewed my work experience. After that, we did some role-playing, and he had me style two outfits. The next day, I interviewed with the DM and did the same thing, and he asked more questions about why I fit there.
