The first interview was a Zoom call and it was exciting. I was really interested in the marketing experience and working with Fortune 500 companies. The job description mentioned it was an hourly position with training and leadership development. I liked the director and felt positive. The second interview was the next day, also on Zoom, with a team leader who was enthusiastic. She was excited about a new contract with Target and talked about my daily duties. The third interview was the same day. I was asked for my DL and Birth Certificate, and filled out another application. Then we discussed the hiring process and promotions. I asked about my daily duties and salary. She explained it was more of a sales job with possible hourly income plus commission. I was curious how that would work as a Brand Ambassador for Target. Turns out the job is to sell mobile phones in a kiosk at Target. My resume was looked at a few times. This is definitely an entry-level sales job, and the description could be more factual.

The interview process is simple, first, second and third round. First round you talk to the CEO, they explain everything for you and what to expect out of working with them. Second round consist of going on the floor with a top account manager, they show you the day to day operations on how to make sales. The account manager will then decide if they want to call you for a 3rd round or move on to the next candidate. The third round is on boarding and how much you can expect to get paid.

The company had a 3-step interview process that I found really helpful and professional. The interviewer made me feel super comfortable. During the second interview, they took me out into the field to see how I'd do. I was nervous but they were really positive and motivated me. The whole process was very organized and their passion for the business made me want to work there.
