First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lucio Marketing.
Account Manager
He started by introducing the company and then asked me a few questions about my strengths and what makes me stand out. Then he asked if I had any questions.
- What are your strengths and what makes you stand out from the rest?
Brand Ambassador
The first interview was a Zoom call and it was exciting. I was really interested in the marketing experience and working with Fortune 500 companies. The job description mentioned it was an hourly position with training and leadership development. I liked the director and felt positive. The second interview was the next day, also on Zoom, with a team leader who was enthusiastic. She was excited about a new contract with Target and talked about my daily duties. The third interview was the same day. I was asked for my DL and Birth Certificate, and filled out another application. Then we discussed the hiring process and promotions. I asked about my daily duties and salary. She explained it was more of a sales job with possible hourly income plus commission. I was curious how that would work as a Brand Ambassador for Target. Turns out the job is to sell mobile phones in a kiosk at Target. My resume was looked at a few times. This is definitely an entry-level sales job, and the description could be more factual.
- How competitive are you?
- Do you consider yourself a leader?
- What differentiates you from other candidates?
Campaign Manager
The interview process was very professional and straight to the point. The atmosphere was very high energy and contagious! The opportunity available at Lucio Marketing is unmatched. Everything went smooth and easy.
- What are your goals?
Management
I got selected for an interview by email and scheduled it for two weeks out. After the first interview at the main office, I was chosen for the next round. The second round was an onsite interview where I got to see the products and what I'd be doing if I got the job. They said they'd call me back later that day to let me know if I was moving on. I didn't hear anything, and when I called the next week to ask, they said again I'd get an answer in a few days. I never got any confirmation or rejection letter, which was really disappointing. It seems unprofessional to not even send a thank you for applying.
- Can you describe your leadership experience and explain how it would benefit you in this role?
