Process Engineer Intern
The interview process was just one round. I had a call with a recruiter who explained the job description well and we talked about my background. I asked if there was any reason they wouldn't hire me, and she said no, but then I never heard back.
- Can you summarize your experience briefly?
Manufacturing Engineer
Had a quick recruiter call first, then a 30-minute chat with the hiring manager. The manager was late and had connection issues on Zoom, and I kept getting cut off when I tried to answer. He seemed really uninterested the whole time. Right when the interview was supposed to end, I tried to wrap up for another meeting, but I still had some questions. Got an email later saying they weren't moving forward, which was expected. They said they'd send a survey, but it never arrived.
- How would you introduce a new process on an existing assembly line without affecting the takt time?
Manufacturing Engineer
The interview process consisted of a screening call, then a 30-minute call with the Hiring Manager, followed by a 1-hour call with a cross-functional team. My HR rep was amazing, keeping me in the loop and always responsive. After the final interview, instead of just an email, he called to give feedback on why they weren't moving forward. My interview experience was wonderful because of him. Thanks a lot for your good work.
