I started with a quick HR call to chat about the job and my background. Then, I had two technical interviews with the hiring managers, each about 45 minutes long. We got into the technical details of the job, and I got to show what I know and solve some problems, while also learning about what they do and the challenges they have.

So, the standard interview process is a few interviews, then a panel interview which includes HR, managers, coding, and the panel itself. But, the difficulty was inconsistent; it went from pretty basic in earlier stages to much harder in the final round. I haven't seen such a big difference before. I would expect them to test candidates more consistently before the final interview, but what do I know? It felt like the engineers weren't on the same page about my experience level (recent grad) and what was expected, so I didn't know what to prepare.
