First I spoke with a recruiter, which was a new thing for me. Then I got an interview with the head of HR Hiring, and we met in person. The regional president jumped in for part of that interview. The hiring process itself was okay. The GM at my training spot was amazing, but working for the GM at my assigned location was awful. I suspect many good young managers have left because of him, and I'm one of them!
