The interview was basically simple: first a technical interview where I had to do a self-intro, answer questions based on my resume, and solve basic coding problems like reversing a number, string, palindrome, finding the second highest number in an array, and a few more. There were also technical questions on OS normalization, anomalies, SQL, etc. Second, an HR interview where basic communication skills were checked, and mostly questions like 'Why do you want to join here?', 'Why should I hire you?', and 'Introduce yourself'.

The interview process was very random. Even though the interview went well, I was rejected. The first round was an OA, which had many sections like aptitude, MCQs on DSA and SDLC, then a communication round, and then a technical round (TR).

The hiring process kicked off with an online assessment. After that, I had a technical round where we dove deep into my project, covering its workflow, the tech stack used, any hurdles encountered, and my specific role and contributions. To wrap things up, there was a final HR round that touched on typical personality-related topics such as my strengths, weaknesses, and how I respond to criticism.

  • Could you describe the problem that your project aims to solve?
  • What were the technologies that you utilized for this project?
