So, for this Software Lead role at Oracle ERP, it starts with an initial screening, you know, a call with a recruiter or hiring manager to see if you're a fit, they'll ask about your tech skills and Oracle ERP experience. If that goes well, you'll get a technical assessment, could be coding or system design stuff related to Oracle ERP.
