First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at ltcc.
Software Engineer
The interview process was pretty smooth. It had a few steps: first, a quick phone chat, then a technical test, and finally, a meeting with the team and managers. The people interviewing were good and asked stuff relevant to the job. It felt like a welcoming place, and they kept me updated. The questions were tough but fair, checking both my tech skills and if I'd fit in. Sometimes it wasn't super clear what they wanted, which made answering a bit tricky. But yeah, it was a decent experience, a good chance to show what I can do and also see what they're looking for.
- Can you devise an algorithm for a binary tree that outputs node values level by level, alternating the direction of traversal for each level (left-to-right, then right-to-left, then left-to-right, etc.)?
Software Developer
the recruitment process was pretty chill, we started with an aptitude test, then there was a technical round where they asked about general engineering and software role stuff, and finally an HR interview. overall, it was a good experience and the whole recruitment process was quite peaceful.
- They asked about my soft skills.
Senior Software Engineer
So I got picked up through a uni recruitment drive. The whole thing had three parts: first, there was this aptitude test, then a group discussion, and finally, a personal interview. Just a heads-up, these steps might be different depending on the university.
- Could you tell me about your academic background?
- Can you share details about your previous internship experience?
- What motivated you to apply for this position?
