So first there was a written exam, then an interview, and then a person technical interview. It was pretty involved, with questions about your technical knowledge and skills, and also your experience. They asked about your interests and your willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You start by applying on the company portal, or through campus or referrals. They shortlist based on your qualifications, experience, and skills. Then there’s an aptitude test, which can be online or written, covering quantitative ability, logical reasoning, verbal skills, and stuff specific to the job. Next up is a technical interview where they check your knowledge on core subjects, how you solve problems, and your project experience, focusing on practical applications. After that, an HR interview looks at how you fit with the company culture, your communication, leadership potential, and how you handle workplace challenges. Finally, there might be a last discussion about the role, salary, and joining details before an offer.
