So first I was shortlisted based on my 10th, 12th and Btech percentage. Then there was a written test in Mumbai which I cleared. Results came out after a week. After that, there was an introduction, basic technical questions, questions from my resume, and questions about the project I did in my Bachelor of Technology and my vocational training. Finally, there was an HR round where they asked about family background, health issues, and why I want to join the company.

When interviewing, it's important to make candidates feel comfortable since it can be stressful. Be sure to greet them and show them where to go. Start with easy questions. Don't make snap judgments based on initial impressions; some people who don't seem great at first can be excellent employees. Give candidates a chance to show what they can do before deciding. Briefly describe the job, covering the main duties, who they'd report to, the challenges, and how success is measured. This helps them give better answers. Feel free to deviate from your planned questions; if the candidate says something interesting, ask follow-up questions based on their response. Listen more than you talk – aim for 80% listening and 20% talking – to gather enough information to tell candidates apart and figure out their real skills.
