The interview process involved a phone interview followed by 3-45 minute interviews with different team members. I interviewed for research manager but was told by the recruiter that even if that didn't work out that I would be considered for the associate role. After an offer for manager was not extended, I asked the recruiter about the associate role but he never got back to me. This is the second time I apply here and don't get the job, and it is the second time I ask Gene, the recruiter, for feedback only to be ignored both times.

I had a phone interview for informational purposes and then was given a case study to work on and send in for review prior to my in person interview. I had about 5 interviews in person in total with different members of the company across a two day period. Once in I had a great experience meeting with all the members of my prospective team - they were helpful in providing a good idea of what the work consisted of and what my responsibilities would be. It was easy to tell that in order to be hired, you had to pass a number of different gates. All in all the experience was very good and I am happy to say that I was offered the job and accepted quickly.

I applied online and about three weeks later, a recruiter emailed me to schedule a phone interview. She sent me some pre-screen questions via email which were great. During the phone interview, she discussed the job, the company, and the salary range, and I shared my background and interests. She mentioned the role involves long hours, which is why people leave. I sent a thank you email the next day, but never heard back. It felt unprofessional, and the position seems to still be open eight months later!
