Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at LRW.
Market Research
I had a phone interview first, which felt like a screening round, and they asked some behavioral questions. The interviewer was pretty rude, which gave me a bad first impression of the company. Then I had a second round with three other employees. They were much nicer and more professional than the first person. Overall, it was an okay interview process.
- Tell me about your team experiences and how you've resolved challenges within a team.
Market Research Analyst
They do a very good job with interviews. I first had a phone chat with an HR person who told me about the job and the company. Then, I had a phone interview with the manager I'd be reporting to. This interview was to go over the job requirements more. After that, I went to the office and met different people from different departments. This gave me a good idea of how the company works and what each department does.
