Behavioral Technical Case

It was a 4-stage process: first, I met with the recruiter. Then, I had two meetings with team members. Finally, I had a case interview with senior members. Overall, it was manageable with basic qualitative and quantitative questions, plus some behavioral ones.

Applied online for the solutions analyst position and heard back quickly from Gene Viado. The team needed to hire fast (within a week), and he definitely made the most of that time. I had a phone interview, a timed writing test, and a timed math test within the first two days. Then, he set up a 6-hour on-site interview with the whole team, where I met everyone from the entry-level folks up to the department manager. He handled setting up all the meeting times and directions, walked me through the whole thing with a really clear structure, and checked in with me in person at the end of the day.

Behavioral Technical

It was a recruiter screening, then a 1st round with junior folks, a 2nd round with a senior person, and a 3rd round with a senior panel. Everyone was really nice, but they could have been more organized about getting back to me. I had to wait three weeks after the final round to find out I didn't get the job.
