Operations Specialist
You'll talk with the senior, senior lead, manager, and VP in the department. They'll review your resume and ask a lot of questions about what you've done before. They want to know why you think you're a good fit for the job.
- What makes you think you're qualified for this role?
Operations Specialist
I got the interview through a temp agency. I did a skills test for word and excel through the temp agency for the company. Then I had a phone interview with a recruiter for the company, and a few days later a group interview with two supervisors. The people were really friendly and it was a pretty easy interview.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses? Also, what do you know about LPL?
- How do you cope with stress, and do you prefer to work independently or need close supervision?
Operations Specialist
It was a really fast and relaxed interview process. They asked about specific computer programs and I didn't know them, which was a bit of a curveball. But overall, it was a good experience.
- Can you tell me about your experience with certain computer programs?
- Can you describe your previous work experience?
- Tell me about a time you encountered a challenge.
