Behavioral Case

So first there's like this one interview, and then you get invited to a "super day" interview. For the "super day" interview, you actually talk to 3 different people, and they give you an assignment that you have to finish in just a few days. They said that even if you answer all the questions right and seem like a good cultural fit, they will reject you if you don't provide enough detail in your answers. Instead of asking general questions about you, they want to figure out who you are by asking about your professional experience. Which, if you're coming straight out of college and don't have much work experience, good luck, and you better make up some stories. Because stories from school or extracurriculars apparently disqualify you.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process involved an initial phone screening, followed by a half-hour phone interview, and then a half-day in-person interview. The half-day session was a bit confusing because it felt like different people were asking me the same questions. I also struggled to understand what they were looking for. I kept asking about the specific position I applied for, but they mentioned there were three openings without providing details on any of them.

Technical Case Behavioral

It was a chill interview, with some technical and market-based questions. In the end, I got an offer call. You should prepare technicals and do case studies because they might ask them. I'd rate the interview difficulty as 3/5.
