Senior Recruiter
This Recruiting Specialist job is all about helping the main Talent Acquisition Managers with the full hiring process. You'll handle both small and big batches of hourly and salaried jobs. Usually, you'll stick to one area but might help out elsewhere if things get super busy, like during seasonal rushes. Part of your job is finding candidates for the roles you're assigned, managing the whole workflow from start to finish, and making sure the hiring managers get good people. You'll also be the main point of contact for candidates, so making sure they have a good time going through the process is key.

Recruiter
Applied online, then had a phone interview that went into detail about the job and pay. The in-person interview was scheduled with two HR people, then 3 managers all individually. After that, I had to shadow a current recruiter, then interviewed with another manager. The in-person interview took about 3 hours, and I had to repeat myself and answer the same questions over and over. I got a decline email, but then 2 weeks later they called for another interview. I emailed them the next day and they offered me a different job on the spot without the second interview.

Technical Recruiter
I met in person with John and Olivia for the interview. They asked me some questions about myself and told me about the role. The interview didn't go as deep into my experience as I expected, but I got plenty of chances to ask them questions about the company.
