Customer Service Representative
First you apply online. Then, if they like your application, they'll give you a call for a pre-screening to check your availability, confirm you want a full-time job, and see if you're okay with the Sales Department. If you're available and can work full-time, they'll set up a 1:1 interview with an Office Sale Manager. Should the Sale Manager think you're a good fit, they'll send you to a second interview with the Regional Manager. If the Regional Manager believes you're a strong candidate, she'll have an HR clerk contact you to extend an offer. They're really just looking for someone who's flexible, has a great personality, and is submissive.

Legal Assistant
I got there and just waited a bit before being called in by the attorney and someone else who was taking notes. The attorney was really rude, which was the worst part. I was super nervous and kept saying 'like' a lot. She asked if I could stop saying it, and I apologized, saying I was just nervous. She then asked, 'So, can you?' I've never been treated so poorly professionally. When we spoke on the phone, she went over my resume and knew I had no prior law firm experience. But in the interview, she kept grilling me with questions like, 'So, you don't know anything about this?' and 'You have no experience in the legal field?' She made it sound like an entry-level job on the phone! I was really disappointed and shocked by her lack of manners and competence. If they wanted experience, they could have avoided the awkwardness by actually reading my resume and paying attention on the phone.

Customer Service Representative/Sales
I got called to come in for an interview. They had me fill out a paper application. The manager was nice but was pretty upfront about the job. They want you to work 6 days a week, spin signs, and travel all over the city to do this job. It just didn't seem like it was worth it.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Are you available for travel and shift coverage?
- Will you be able to avoid lateness during your initial 90 days?
Sales Agent
The hiring process went pretty smoothly overall, though it did end up taking around two months to complete with about 30 people going through it. First you'll have an interview with an office manager, and then you'll interview with the regional manager. Before you can move on to the next step, you do need to pass a typing test.
