The process was short, with 3-5 people from the team that I met. It felt a bit much for the position they are hiring for. I think a job shadow should be done for the first interview.

I first spoke with the Team Lead, a senior loan advisor, for a general chat about what they were seeking and my own aspirations. I can't recall the specific questions, but it felt more like a relaxed conversation than an interrogation. Following that, I had a discussion with the Regional Vice President. This was also more of a talk about the daily responsibilities, the compensation package including benefits, and their expectations. It felt like a good fit from both sides. On the same day, as part of the process, I was asked to create and present a PowerPoint presentation. This presentation needed to address a series of questions about my interest in Lowe's, the value I offer, and some personal background. A panel of about 5-6 company employees was present. I was a bit nervous, but it wasn't too bad!
