Got a call the day before a group interview and was asked to come in with about 10 other girls. The dress code was "dress to impress," and some girls looked amazing while others wore leggings. There was a diverse group of girls. It was a chill and easy group interview. We were asked to share an interesting fact about ourselves, to sell another person applying for the job (make them sound fantastic) - I think they wanted to see how well we could sell products - and finally, we had to find items around the store and create a look. It was a nice, relaxed interview.

You will have a group interview where you will do a group activity. In the activity, you will pair up with someone and pick jewelry for them and an event. You need to explain what they would wear to the event, their budget, what they like, and use jewelry that they can wear multiple times. Just explain why you chose what you chose and you will likely get the job. And be confident.
