My experience interviewing with Lovisa was quite disappointing. The manager was about 10 minutes late, and we candidates were left waiting outside the store with no updates. It felt unorganized from the start. During the group interview, I made an effort to participate, speaking up when others were quiet and showing enthusiasm for the job. Despite trying hard to stand out, I was rejected without any feedback. It seemed like effort and initiative weren't valued. I expected better respect for our time and contributions.

I applied online via Indeed and just sent in my resume. A recruiter called me back in under a week for a phone interview that was on-the-spot. After a quick chat about myself, they scheduled me for a second interview via FaceTime. They called an hour later to confirm the time and date, and also confirmed it via email. On the interview day, I got a call from an Australian number asking if I was ready for the FaceTime interview. After I said yes, they switched me to video chat and we talked for about 25 minutes, and then I got the job offer. They told me my hourly wage and job duties, and that I'd get an email with contracts to sign. A district manager will then call to set up my first day for training.
