I talked to a recruiter from Lovelace who was really nice and seemed to want what was best for me based on my skills. Then, they arranged an interview with the unit manager. When I got there, the manager was on time and we reviewed my resume. They asked me some basic questions and, understanding that I'm a new nurse, they explained some of the expectations and the typical daily routine on the unit I applied for.
