I applied online and they reached out right away for an interview. The first interview lasted 40 minutes, and then I spoke with the District Manager. Both of these conversations gave me a good idea of what the job involves, the training provided, and how the company is growing. I was surprised by the benefits package they offer, which seems really good for long-term health and financial well-being. The role itself didn't strike me as overly difficult or too simple, but it sounded like there's a clear path to lead and that there's support from management.

I interviewed at the new Ft. Pierce location with the district manager and current store manager. The process was very pleasant and professional. I then received a call from the national recruiter who interviewed me, and during the same call offered me the position. after much thought, I decided to politely and professionally decline the offer and remain in my current employ. Several days later I received an e-mail telling me that my application and skills were not what they were looking for. That seemed like a petty thing to do, but it also reinforced the doubts I had about working for them.

Had a nice ten-minute phone chat with corporate HR, they were super respectful. Got an email with more company info right after. They called the next day to set up an interview for the following week. Then, I had an in-person meeting with the district manager. The interviewer was really focused on a checklist, so it wasn't a super personal chat. We talked about my past jobs and profit sharing.
