The interview process was organized and professional. It started with a recruiter call, and then I had an in-person interview with the store manager. They asked questions about customer experience, luxury retail standards, and personality fit. Overall, it felt welcoming, and the team made it a smooth and informative experience, giving me a good sense of the brand’s values and what they expect.

We were separated into 3 groups at the start. The interview had 3 phases. My group went into a private room at a coffee shop. They asked us about the top 3 best-selling LV items historically, the current most successful LV product, and the house slogan. Then, we toured the showroom. Finally, we interviewed with the head recruiter and did an exercise where we had to write a fake email to a client congratulating her on her birthday and offering new products.

The recruitment agency found my CV and contacted me for a group interview, then asked for references. The process was disastrous before getting the HR call. HR is more demanding if the candidate already has sales experience with them, compared to other candidates, and there's no negotiation possible on salary and positioning.

  • What is your preferred location in Paris and explain why?
  • Tell me your motivation for applying to Vuitton.
  • In a pair, role-play a sales situation.
