I got an offer to interview from a staffing agency. The interview experience was just okay because the agency didn't give me enough info about the job before I interviewed. The HR person asked general questions, likely to gauge my personality rather than my past work experience. They were very open about the difficulties of the job and the work environment. The interviewers asked fair questions to understand candidates but were the least friendly compared to the 20 other companies I interviewed with during that time. There were two interviews total, both on the same day. I'd tell candidates to be 200% sure they want to work here, more than any other company, and that they'd do anything to get the job before applying. It's not really an environment where you can grow easily, so be sure you're there for them and ready to work extremely hard. The people in the office weren't exactly friendly, but they really take pride in their company.

The interview process had 3 rounds in total. The first round was held virtually, and the subsequent two rounds were in person. The initial virtual round was with HR, followed by an in-person meeting with the hiring manager, and the final in-person round was with the executive themselves.

I talked with the HR coordinator and then the supervisor. It was a bit high pressure, but they asked standard interview questions. I thought I did okay with the HR person, but not great with the executive, but I got the job anyway! The whole thing took about an hour. It was very business-like and not very personal.
