I've never written an interview review before but this one was so bad I just felt like putting it on record somewhere. I was sat down with a manager who had a list of vague, useless questions for forty minutes talking about inane nonsense. It was surreal how poorly conducted the interview was. Not interested in your experience, not interested in your abilities, they are interested in conformity clearly. On top of all this, they told me they'd call me back after my second interview and I haven't heard a word from them since. And this is at their flagship location downtown! Don't waste your time interviewing here.

It was a pretty straightforward interview, starting with some basic background questions about your past work and general knowledge. They also asked about how you communicate with coworkers and with management. Overall, it was an easy interview that focused on your personality and whether you could do the job.
- Can you tell me about a time you solved a problem at a previous job?
- Tell me about your previous work experience.

the interviewer was super friendly and welcoming, making me feel really comfortable throughout. we went over some basic questions, nothing too hard. i mentioned my strong interest in the company due to their amazing food, and that seemed to make a good impression. don't stress about this interview, you'll do great!
- How would you handle a challenging customer?
