It's super easy. Just be up front with how much you can work and you will be fine. Also dress professionally, I’ve heard people not get the job because they wear non professional outfits to the interview because they think it’s just a pizza place.
- What is your availability?
- Could you describe your customer service experience?
Phone Operator
The interview process was easy and friendly because it was a referral. First, there was a phone call. Then, we set up the in-person review, and you'll need to provide your papers for processing your application.
- Are you committed to your working hours?
- How flexible are your schedules?
Sales Representative
We had a phone call where we talked about my background, how I would fit in, and what compensation would be. If they liked me, there would be a second interview. It was a long discussion where frankly I'd have preferred we talked compensation and hours first because the money for the hours wasn't close to what I expected given they wanted me to book corporate parties which could net them thousands of dollars.
- Can you tell me about your background and work history?
- How do you see yourself fitting into this role?
- What are your thoughts on compensation and work hours?

I've never written an interview review before but this one was so bad I just felt like putting it on record somewhere. I was sat down with a manager who had a list of vague, useless questions for forty minutes talking about inane nonsense. It was surreal how poorly conducted the interview was. Not interested in your experience, not interested in your abilities, they are interested in conformity clearly. On top of all this, they told me they'd call me back after my second interview and I haven't heard a word from them since. And this is at their flagship location downtown! Don't waste your time interviewing here.
- Have you ever provided feedback to a manager?
- What is your plan if you were triple booked with tables?
- What does diversity mean to you?
