It was a single one-on-one video call. The hourly pay was really low for this field. The person interviewing me was super nice, but the role itself wasn't clearly defined and the budget was pretty tight.

I applied online in November and was emailed about an initial phone interview in February. I then went through a final round video interview about 2 weeks later in March. The phone interview was fairly standard (strengths, weaknesses, skills, teamwork, etc) but the video interview was much more in depth. My interviewer was pleasant both times and accommodating of schedule changes.

The interview was super chill and they just wanted to chat about me and what I'm into. It wasn't long at all. They also asked about my plans for the future.
