The first interview was a group panel discussion where I had to stand out from the other candidates. I really focused on what I could bring to the company and my passion for the organization. Then, I had a one-on-one interview with the sales manager and director. Finally, I had another one-on-one with the sales manager.

I got a call about a week later and was told that I had been selected. The leads are a joke, they will have you calling gas stations and taco bells the first few months and expect you to sell $1,000 tickets to somebody who makes that in a month. The Director was very short with male employees, he would give a lot of encouragement to the cute girls in the office, but would give the men attitude for doing their jobs. I love the San Diego Chargers but the upper management really needs to change.

The interview was a fairly large group interview, I think there were 7 of us interviewing at the same time. I got a call back right after as I was leaving, so I turned around to go back inside for another interview, a one-on-one.
