Purchasing Manager
This was a horrible interview process. They were very unprofessional and didn't even get back to me after I drove to their offices and waited an hour for them to start the interview. I'd never interview with them again.
- Tell me about yourself outside of work.
Quantitative Analyst
After applying, there was a video interview, then a football analytics project, and finally an in-person interview. Everything was organized and communicated well. The questions and the project were all about football.
- What data would you examine to help predict how a college football player would perform in the NFL, given a specific position?
Operations Coordinator
They first asked for my availability and I gave it to them. A few days went by with no response, so I followed up. They then asked if Monday morning would work for an interview. I asked for clarification because it was a holiday, and again, no response. I showed up to the Zoom interview anyway, and it was over in less than 5 minutes. The manager asked me one question. It was a complete waste of my time.
- Can you introduce yourself?
Inside Sales Representative
I got a call about a week later and was told that I had been selected. The leads are a joke, they will have you calling gas stations and taco bells the first few months and expect you to sell $1,000 tickets to somebody who makes that in a month. The Director was very short with male employees, he would give a lot of encouragement to the cute girls in the office, but would give the men attitude for doing their jobs. I love the San Diego Chargers but the upper management really needs to change.
- Are you okay with making 75-100 calls per day?
- Why should we hire you?
- Are you okay working special events?
