First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lorna Jane.
Sales
The interview process was pretty full on! It involved role-playing, and I had to stand up in front of 60 people and try to sell an unknown product. Then there was a 10-minute chat with an area manager. The whole thing lasted 3 hours. I had to sit through a manager telling us how amazing working for the Lorna Jane brand is, and we also watched a promo video about what a great company it is.
- Could you explain why you're not available to work on demand, instead of just four days a week?
Sales Assistant
I applied online and the company got back to me really fast. The recruitment manager was nice and helped me set up an interview. Everyone in the store was friendly, and the manager made me feel really comfortable during the interview, like this is a place I'd actually want to work.
- How do you keep yourself active?
Sales Assistant
The store manager called me to set up an interview. Then I met with the store manager in person, just like we talked about on the phone. It was a good experience, and they asked simple questions.
- What makes you want to join Lorna Jane?
