The interview process was pretty straightforward. I had a couple of calls with different people, and they were all really pleasant to talk to. We chatted about my background and what I was looking for in a role. They also went over potential career paths and what the job entails.

I had two interviews that were virtual. The first one was with the manager for recruiting, and then I had a follow-up with two sales directors. It was a pretty standard interview where they gave me an overview of the role and company, and then asked me some questions about myself and why I was interested in the position.

It started with a phone screen and then moved to a face-to-face meeting. The managers here are really great people, which is a big plus for a company. This can really make or break a company, and for SCOM, it's definitely a good thing. They're friendly and looking for people who are driven.
