Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lorenzetti.
Jovem Aprendiz
It was a simple selection process. First, the HR lady had me fill out a form, then she administered a personality test, followed by a fundamental knowledge test. The next step involved an essay, math, and text interpretation. After that, I had a conversation with a psychologist who asked basic questions about my life. Without much fuss, if you pass this first stage, they call you for an interview with the area supervisor. The selection process was organized, and there weren't many young people in the room, which made the candidate feel more at ease.

- What makes you the best candidate for this position?

The selection process is pretty straightforward. They give you a test covering Portuguese, math, and a basic essay about yourself. Then, there's a bar test, and after that, you wait in a room until you're called for an interview.
- Do you think you can handle studying in two places (college and technical school) while also working?
Jovem Aprendiz
First, there was an essay and a general knowledge test. Those who passed were interviewed by the regional manager, who asked questions about my commitment to work and punctuality. Finally, I got a call saying I was approved.
