LoopUp Interview Questions
& Process

You will participate in a group interview. Be ready to compete with your fellow candidates for the job. The best ones will get the job. You need to create a sales pitch. Imagine you're pitching on Shark Tank and make it great.

I sent in my CV and a personal statement through a website. About a week later, I got an email asking me to come to an assessment day. There were about 20-30 people there. The day had two rounds: one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Only 5 of us made it to the afternoon round for a 1-to-1 interview. I didn't get through the morning round. The morning session started with a 30-minute LoopUp presentation. Then we networked with other candidates for 10 minutes. After that, each person gave a 5-minute presentation they had prepared (this took 45-50 minutes). Then there was a 15-minute LoopUp quiz. We had a 10-minute break, followed by a task where each candidate had 10 minutes to prepare a 2-minute sales pitch on any product. The interviewer gave general feedback and then had us do the pitch again. We then had a 30-minute lunch. After lunch, the interviewer told us who was advancing to the afternoon round, and everyone else left.

Each group got a scenario about being lost in a Brazilian rainforest and had to choose seven survival items out of twenty, explaining our choices as a group for 45-50 minutes. Then, each person had 10 minutes to prepare and give a 2-minute sales pitch on any product. The interviewer then gave feedback on presentations, explained how to pitch 'correctly', and gave us another 10 minutes to prep and pitch again. We had a 30-minute lunch break. Afterward, the interviewer told us who was moving on to the afternoon round, and everyone else was dismissed.

First I had a phone screening with the QA Manager. This lasted for about an hour. I was then invited to come down to the office for a face to face interview. I Met with different members of the QA team, QA Manager and Product.
