The interview started with a group session where a senior leader presented the company and the role. After everyone introduced themselves, we had individual interviews with a regional manager. This one-on-one was quite direct. Following the group portion, we were given a task to prepare a sales pitch for furniture, which we then presented to a manager. After the presentation, we filled out a survey that tested our recall of information from the interview.

The interview process is pretty simple: First, a phone call where you just need to be yourself and sound mature and enthusiastic. Then, a group interview/presentation. Don't worry about the other candidates; focus on yourself. This is an entry-level sales role, so everyone is just looking for a chance. Finally, there's a 1-2-2-1-1 format interview to see how you handle stress and if you can close. Show them you can close, and you'll get the job.

Group Behavioral Presentation

It was a group interview with candidates who were mostly recent grads with not much experience. We all got interviewed one-on-one separately. There were some surprise parts to test how we handle unexpected stuff, how we interact with people, and to see our sales instincts. They did a good job selling the job, which is 8 hours of phone sales a day. They showed us around the office, and it seemed like a fun place for recent grads with over 90 young, social people working there.
