Presentation Behavioral

The interview process involved around 4 to 5 interviews, including one live demonstration and three phone screens. I received positive feedback throughout, but after the demonstration, I was informed they couldn't provide specific feedback on my interview. Despite the preparation involved, no explanation was given for the decision. It seems they expect an expert-level understanding of their product after only two days of research, which is quite demanding. Additionally, their technical setup seemed a bit dated, causing a 20-minute delay in starting my product demonstration. The inability to use my own laptop also made the presentation more challenging.

Behavioral Presentation

I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn and we set up a first call that same week. The next step was a Zoom meeting with the Regional Director. The final stage involved an in-person presentation using a slide deck for the Regional Director and another manager. The whole thing from start to finish took about two weeks.

Behavioral Technical Case

The interviewers were really nice and understanding, but the whole process felt all over the place. Spent a lot of time waiting around just to not get the job. It seems like they aren't sure what they're really looking for or what they can actually get with the salary they offer, and there's confusion about who's in charge of what. My impression is that this kind of instability and indecisiveness might be typical of the company's culture.
