Sales Trainee
It was an assessment day in Chelmsford. Overall it was good, but did not blow me away. I though it was a little bit unorganised. I would have liked more on the people that were standing behind us the whole day, giving us more of an insight as to where they started out and how they have got to where they are. I felt that the group activities we were given to do, did not give everyone the opportunity to shine or show their experience. I was really looking forward to the day and excited about the job but now I'm not so sure...

Sales Representative
It was an interesting, though lengthy and drawn-out, interview process. I went through 4 interviews over the course of 4-5 weeks, but I never heard back. No rejection letter or email was sent. It was disappointing given the time and effort I invested in all 4 interviews, which were too far apart and some lasted 3-4 hours.
- Can you ask challenging sales-related questions?
Sales Representative
The interview was formal and gave me a good understanding of what the business wanted. I felt like working for this company would have a huge positive impact. It seems like a great place to work and I'm very happy.
- Tell me about your experience with targets and how you motivate yourself to meet them.
