The interview process had 4 stages. The first stage was an online reasoning test. The second was an in-person exam. The third stage was a role-play exercise, which was a bit tricky. I felt the role-play focused too much on knowledge one would only have if trained by TFL, which was unfortunate since they used it to judge role-play rather than actual customer service skills, which is what the job is about.

After applying, I had an online test, then went in person for a writing and data interpretation test. After that, there were role-play and scenario based interviews. I then passed a 4 week training course.
