I met with the attorney who trains first-year associates. She seemed a bit brusque and blunt, making some comments that could be seen as a little offensive, but the interview did get better as it went on. It was mostly questions about my background and why I wanted to apply.

Technical Case

I got a call to set up an interview, and it happened about a week later. I interviewed with two partners. They asked me a lot of detailed questions about tort law and gave me a bunch of hypotheticals to solve. I didn't remember much about torts, so my answers probably weren't what they were looking for. You really need to know the basics of the law for this job. One partner was acting really weird, looking at his phone a lot and seemed rude. The other partner was nicer but went straight to hypotheticals and ended the interview quickly. It was a strange vibe. I got a letter about a week later saying I didn't get the job.

Behavioral

I went through two interviews with London Fischer, the second one being with the founder. It was pretty unethical, to be honest. The founder asked about my college extracurriculars and when I mentioned I interned for a Senator from PA, he was very dismissive, saying he had no use for 'such political families.' He then pressed me on my upcoming presidential election vote, clearly showing his disapproval of my liberal/left-leaning views and making me quite uncomfortable. I'd advise avoiding this firm.
