So, the Assistant Manager did the interview, not the Manager. It was weird because they changed what I applied for from Cashier to Cosmetics mid-conversation, and then a new Manager showed up. They said I wouldn't get many hours, but I'd be good for Cosmetics and had to work Sundays. I told them I needed flexibility because I'm loyal to them first. Then, the interview shifted to cross-training for other roles. It was super confusing – I applied for one thing, was pushed into another, and then told to train for a bunch of jobs.
