Sales Assistant
It was simple, laid-back, friendly, and quick. It was direct with the usual questions: Tell me about yourself, Why this brand, What do you know about us, Do you have any questions. Nothing tough.
- Could you tell me a bit about yourself?
- Do you understand the responsibilities of this role?
- What information do you have about our company?
Sales Assistant
The interview process was very good and swift and I was happy as it was a sunny day and I had the interview and it was a good day. Their cupcakes are also very nice and I had one, the red velvet, and it was so nice.
- Tell me why you want to work here.
Sales Assistant
I was called in for an open interview and didn't realize there would be over 30 people interviewing for the same role. The worst part was we didn't have assigned time slots or an order until people started arguing about who arrived first. I didn't get any feedback to help me with future interviews, and I was promised a call back about my success.
- What would you do if a customer's ordered cake was ruined?
