Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lojas (Brazil).
Sales Representative
The process felt easy at first, starting with a logical reasoning test and then a group dynamic activity. Initially, I found it interesting until I realized the recruiter was more focused on candidates with prior experience, and since I was seeking my first job, I left already knowing I wouldn't pass. My group went last, and the topic was straightforward, but we were all tired, including the recruiter, as it had been almost 3 hours. We did the presentation, and I didn't receive any questions, nor did anyone else in my group. We didn't get a chance to develop our ideas during the interview, and I left with the certainty that I wouldn't pass.
- Were you asked about your personal status?
Sales Representative
It was a good, pleasant experience. The job application process itself was lengthy, but once I got the interview, thankfully, everything flowed well. I was very happy to have achieved my goal, with a lot of effort and dedication.
- What are your salary expectations?
- What is your availability?
- Why do you want to work at this company?
Sales Representative
The interview was supposed to start 50 minutes late. It included a writing test and personal questions about your life, kids, experiences, education, age, where you live, previous salaries, background, and extra courses. Not recommended.
- Can you tell me about yourself, your life, children, experiences, education, age, place of residence, previous salaries, formation, and extra courses?
- A writing exercise was conducted.
