I reached out to Logos via email, and a friend who knew someone there also sent a recommendation. After a while, Logos got back to me for a phone interview. It was mostly technical questions about programming languages, algorithms, and data structures. It must have gone okay because they invited me for an onsite interview in Bellingham. I prepped by reading up on their website about the company culture and products, even reading the founder's book, which I highly recommend anyone applying do. The on-site involved a panel interview, followed by lunch with some developers, and then a one-on-one meeting with the CEO/founder. I suspect the CEO meeting might have been skipped if the panel interview didn't go well. For the panel, I had to solve technical problems on a whiteboard and answer questions about my experience and how I'd handle technical challenges. No strange psychological stuff. During the final interview with the CEO, I asked about the company's culture, how ownership works, and their future plans. I was happy with the answers I got.

I sent my resume in and heard back from a recruiter about a week later. They did a quick phone screen, and then I was invited for an on-site technical interview. When I got there, it turned out the interviewers were on vacation, but the two people who were in decided to interview me anyway. They didn't really know the role, so it was a really high-level technical interview focusing on architecture and algorithms. We had lunch afterward and chatted about the company. They mentioned they'd be in touch in a few weeks, but it's been months and I haven't heard back despite trying to reach them.

I initially emailed them after seeing an ad, but never heard back. Months later, I found another ad, applied, and got a phone screen. Since I was local, they invited me for an in-person panel interview. They extended a job offer after that. From my experience on the hiring side, I've noticed that some emails probably get lost, and people aren't always contacted, at least in Software Development. So, if you don't hear back, it's worth following up. I felt I didn't do great on the interview questions, but they offered me the job anyway after the panel. The process might be a bit different now, with job offers usually coming later.
