First, a recruiter emailed me. Then, they scheduled a phone interview. The phone interview went well, and the recruiter mentioned they'd keep me updated until the next steps. Honestly, I ended up being the one to follow up. Eventually, the recruiter said I'd know by Monday whether I got the job. I never heard back. When they finally responded, they asked if I'd received an email from the hiring team. The email arrived a few days later, informing me they were moving forward with other candidates.

So first, you have a phone interview where they ask you some standard questions, like if you can sit for extended periods of time and about your past jobs. Then, they'll either call or email you to set up an in-person interview at the local office. This on-site interview covers similar questions to the phone call but also digs into how you'd handle situations, like if your boss was completely wrong about something. After that, they call to offer you the job. The offer is conditional on passing a drug test and background check. Once those are cleared, you get the official offer and then you can start, which in my case is about a month away.

The interview process was actually pretty fast and it's broken into two parts. First you will go through a phone interview and by the end of the call they will determine if you shall move forward. The phone interview lasted about 10 minutes at the most and they just ask you questions based off of your prior knowledge/experience with customer service. Once you set up your in person interview you're going to take a typing test and a listening skills test and by that time your nerves should go down especially if you passed both tests. The in person interview is actually not as nerve wrecking as some may think. They ask you pretty basic questions, mostly personal questions to really see how you are as a person and see how you're going to handle irate clients. The interviewer does their best to explain the job all while making you feel as comfortable as possible.
