The interview was pretty straightforward if you'd done your homework. First, there was a typing test and a skills test before the actual interview. If you didn't pass the typing test, they'd tell you to come back another time. Once you passed those tests, you'd wait for either a supervisor or a manager from that department to interview you. The questions were pretty standard, though it probably depends on who interviews you. After the interview, you'll get an offer letter if they want to hire you. Then comes two weeks of modules after that.

This interview was really long, almost 2 hours, and started a bit late. I'd already done a phone interview where I was asked about 10 questions, and this interview had just as many, if not more. I met with the supervisor and another manager. There was a typing test and I had to highlight some words on documents without clear instructions. After a long time, I talked to the director about pay and found out it was less than $15/hour with no bonuses. The whole thing felt unprofessional and like a waste of time, especially discussing salary so late.

Got a message from another Facility Rep or CSR, I think, setting up an interview. Couldn't make the date they wanted because of my work schedule. I asked for the next day, but they said the interviewer was only doing interviews on that one specific day. Then they asked me why I couldn't make it. When I told them I was currently employed, they asked me a bunch of questions. I told the person on the phone I'd need to give my employer two weeks' notice, and they said the job would be filled before then. They thanked me for applying and hung up. The scheduler made this call, not the actual interviewer.

So first, you have a phone interview where they ask you some standard questions, like if you can sit for extended periods of time and about your past jobs. Then, they'll either call or email you to set up an in-person interview at the local office. This on-site interview covers similar questions to the phone call but also digs into how you'd handle situations, like if your boss was completely wrong about something. After that, they call to offer you the job. The offer is conditional on passing a drug test and background check. Once those are cleared, you get the official offer and then you can start, which in my case is about a month away.
