Super organized and thorough interview process. Started with an initial call, then a take-home assessment with some questions, and finished with a panel interview. You could really tell that all the interviewers genuinely cared and were focused on making sure it was a good fit for everyone involved, not just them. Definitely one of the better interview experiences I've had.

The interview process felt excessively long and off-putting, to the point it might discourage candidates from accepting the job even if an offer was made. It was unclear why they continued the process with me when they seemed to be leaning towards other candidates. There were significant delays in hearing back after each stage, which came across as unprofessional. Ultimately, after a month of interviews, I was informed they selected another candidate. This experience makes me question how they value their employees and treat interviewees. During the interviews, it felt more like they were seeking my input rather than assessing me as a candidate.

It was a really bad experience. I felt I was more qualified than the people they hired, which I confirmed by checking their LinkedIn profiles. The whole process felt unfair. As a new startup, they're likely setting themselves up for failure by passing on qualified candidates. They'll probably learn their lesson when they eventually go out of business.
