Account Manager
I chatted with Robert at LogicGate for this role. The interview itself was cool and professional, Robert asked good questions and seemed really interested in my background. It felt like a good discussion and that I'd be a good fit. But then, after the interview, there was no follow-up or info on what's next, even though they said there would be. The lack of closing made it feel unfinished and kinda unprofessional, especially since the conversation seemed to go well. Overall, the interview was good, but the company's follow-through was a letdown. Better and more consistent communication would really improve the whole candidate experience. My advice to the company: Keep candidates in the loop after interviews - even a quick update makes a difference.

This hiring process felt like a complete waste of time. Having seen many interview processes over the years, a long, multi-stage one usually means the hiring team is indecisive or doesn't really know what they're looking for. With 4 rounds, I got the feeling they were hunting for some mythical perfect candidate who might not even exist. In my experience, a focused, streamlined hiring approach shows clear goals and good team alignment. Their hiring approach here isn't intentional, and they're not clear or realistic about what they expect for the salary they're offering. If this is how they keep hiring people, they're going to get stuck and miss out on great talent.

Marketing
The interview process at LogiGate was really smooth and organized from the beginning to the end. There were four rounds in total, and they made sure to communicate each step clearly. I was impressed with the recruiter, who asked really relevant and thoughtful questions, which is unusual because often recruiters seem unprepared. The hiring manager made an even bigger impact. It was the most memorable interview I've ever had. You could tell they were a true marketer with their deep knowledge and ability to go beyond just buzzwords, asking really interesting and clever questions. I felt inspired after the conversation; it's not often an interview makes your day! The whole process was consistent, which says a lot about LogiGate's company culture. I'm excited to join this amazing marketing team with such creative and forward-thinking leaders.

Customer Success Manager
The interview process for the Customer Success Manager role at LogicGate was pretty smooth. It kicked off with a recruiter call where we just chatted about my background and what I was looking for. After that, I met some team members for a culture interview, which was laid-back and felt like a good fit. The last step was a case study, where I had to tackle a customer scenario to show how I’d approach things with their platform. All in all, it was a thoughtful process that really let me show what I could bring.
