First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Logicalis.
Proposal Manager
The process was very slow, I went through several interviews and they all went well, the people were very friendly, but the process is really slow. They conducted a socioeconomic study where I provided my data and information. After 2 months and with my papers submitted for them to make the economic proposal, they told me they weren't going to continue with the process. Unfortunately, I heard that several people have gone through this with them.
- Can you tell me about your background and experience?
- What are your areas of expertise?
- How do you manage difficult situations?
Manager
Good scheduling and contact from HR. The whole process was very cordial and attentive, and I was able to understand all the requirements for the position. Contact via email, phone, and WhatsApp. Good process, good communication.
- What is your salary expectation?
Manager
I applied online through an external recruiter for this manager role. The process had ten stages, which was surprising even to the recruiter. I was the only candidate to make it to the final stage. The job is still advertised with a different title even months later, making me doubt they intend to hire anyone. I visited their London offices twice and met with five people from inside and outside the UK. I completed personality and cognitive assessments and did very well. My last interview was with an executive who was condescending from the start. I ended the interview after 45 minutes because I couldn't tolerate it any longer and decided I wouldn't work there. They didn't extend an offer, and even if they had, I wouldn't have accepted it.
